Returns

We accept returns on all unused and uninstalled products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

To start a return, email us at support@johnnyproducts-usa.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with next steps and return instructions.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We are not responsible for shipping fees on returned items unless the return is due to a verified product issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may request a full refund with no restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. In these cases, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to cancel if the item has already shipped.
